Yes, absolutely. We understand that personal care is intimate and that gender preference matters. We will do our best to match you with a support worker of your preferred gender. Please let us know at your initial consultation.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling to suit your routine — including early morning support to help you start your day, evening support, and overnight care where needed. Discuss your preferred times with us and we'll work to accommodate them.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that funds supports and services for people with a permanent and significant disability. Once approved, you receive an individual plan with funding allocated across three budget categories: Core, Capacity Building, and Capital Supports. You choose how and with whom you use your funding.
