All services can be bundled into a personalised care plan based on your individual needs.
Yes. Our aged care services are available through the Government-funded Home Care Package (HCP) program. We can help you understand how to access and make the most of your package. Contact us for a free consultation and we'll guide you through the process.
Yes — this is one of our most important commitments. Our care workers and allied health professionals speak Vietnamese and English, so elderly clients can communicate comfortably in their preferred language. We believe language is fundamental to dignity in care.
Absolutely. We believe in consumer-directed care — you choose the workers you're comfortable with, the times that suit your routine, and the services that matter most to you. You're always in control of your care, and you can adjust your plan as your needs change.
Yes. Our care team is available Monday through Sunday to support our clients. We understand that care needs don't follow a weekday schedule, and we aim to be there whenever you and your family need us.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that funds supports and services for people with a permanent and significant disability. Once approved, you receive an individual plan with funding allocated across three budget categories: Core, Capacity Building, and Capital Supports. You choose how and with whom you use your funding.
To be eligible you generally need to be under 65 years of age, an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder, and have a permanent disability that significantly affects your daily life. You can check eligibility at ndis.gov.au or call us — our team will help you understand your options at no cost.
No. Our initial consultation is completely free and no-obligation. We'll discuss your goals, explain our services, and help you understand how your NDIS funding can be used — before you commit to anything.
