Looking back to the journey over the past few months of my daughter, I very appreciated the passion and patience of Mrs Alyssa who has brought wonderful development to my daughter, Tiffany. Tiffany is more confident to go out with the family as well as completely understood road safety. It's not easy to find a Support Worker with much passion and patience for my son Jacky due to his serious aggressive behaviour, which associated with his ASD condition. Jack was experiencing both mobility and language difficulties. In addition, he finds it difficult to connect with those around him and rarely participates in outside activities. It's just Jacky in the past. He is now changing a lot, friendly, confident and patient. He also participates in more social activities that would have been difficult to convince him to do before. Seeing him happy in everyday life is the only thing that I wish in my mind.
