Support Coordinator

Allied Health Professional
Tailoring services to meet the needs of individuals with specific conditions such as autism, dementia, or chronic illnesses
Social Activity Group
Through group activities, games, and community experiences, the program aims to enhance confidence, social interaction, and community inclusion for individuals with disabilities and special needs.
Support Coordinator
Social Skill Training Group is designed to help children with special needs develop communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Allied Health Professional
The program is designed to develop life skills, social abilities, independence, and emotional wellbeing through a variety of activities such as art, sports, cooking, gardening, and community participation.
